Refund and cancellation policy

FiftyBids is offered by Ridgeline Apps LLC, Ohio. The free plan costs nothing. This page covers paid plans, when they are on.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account (Stripe's billing page) or by email. No cancellation fee.
• Your paid plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you go back to the free limits. Your saved searches stay.

Refunds

• A month or year that has already started is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
• Charged by mistake, or renewed right after you tried to cancel? Email us within 30 days and we will look at it.
• Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
