Every day there is a SAM.gov contract file and a Grants.gov grant file. We download those. We do not log in, and we do not scrape the websites. Each card links back to the official posting.
The short version
How it works
Three steps. No portal to learn. The official notice is still the thing you bid from.
You describe the work
Trade or NAICS, words to keep, words to drop, set-asides, states or a radius, deadline window. For grants: who can apply, the category, the agency, the assistance listing, the amount. Save it. That list is your search.
You get a short email
Daily or weekly, depending on your plan. Deadline in Eastern time, who can bid in plain words, and a heads-up when the notice mentions bonds, prevailing wage, a site visit, or SAM registration. One click unsubscribes.
A few honest limits
- A lot of SAM notices leave the work location blank. We use the buying office and we say so.
- We can miss something. Amendments move. The official posting controls.
- Past awards from USAspending are in the command-line tools, not in the email yet.
- AI summaries exist and stay off unless someone turns them on. The default wording is rules, not a model.
