For small shops and nonprofits

The bids that fit your crew, in your inbox.

You have a job to finish. You do not have an afternoon to scroll SAM.gov. Tell us the work you do. We email the federal bids and grants that match, in plain English, with the deadline and a link to the official posting.

Free is one saved search, once a week. A paid plan is only a proposal right now. We have not set a price.

Example, not a customer

A real public notice, shortened so you can see the card. This is not a review and not someone we work with.

Heads-up flags call out bonds, prevailing wage, site visits, and SAM registration when the notice mentions them.

Who it's for

Small contractors

Roofing, electrical, HVAC, site work, janitorial. Filter by trade, set-aside, and how far you'll drive.

Rural businesses

A ZIP code and a radius, or a handful of states. The buying office is labeled when the work location is blank.

Nonprofits

Grants you can actually apply for: 501(c)(3), tribal groups, schools, counties. Category, agency, and amount.

What you can ask for

Contracts from SAM.gov

  • NAICS or a keyword like "roof" or "fire pump"
  • Set-asides: small business, HUBZone, 8(a), veteran, women-owned
  • States, or miles around your shop
  • Notice type, agency, award dollars, days left

Grants from Grants.gov

  • Who can apply
  • Category, such as community development or agriculture
  • Agency and assistance listing (CFDA)
  • Amount, and whether forecasts count

Phase 1 is federal only. State and city bids are not in here yet. Grants don't carry a work location in this data, so state and ZIP apply to contracts.

What we will not do

We don't scrape SAM.gov. We read the public files the government publishes. We don't submit your bid, and we don't promise you'll win. Registering in SAM.gov is free. Never pay someone who says you have to.
