The Agricultural Marketing Service has posted an updated Supplement 303 Ham Products. Primary updates include: verbiage for the Domestic Origin of Meat Component, the allowance for the use of two(2) 2 ½ lb. saddle packs to meet the 5 lb. pack requirement for sliced ham, and verbiage for the spinal cord removal requirements.
