This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Kolonia, Federated States of Micronesia will release a solicitation for the supply and delivery of passenger vehicle. The Government plans to issue solicitation by last week of August 2026. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price. For all awards with total amount of $40K and above, all contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database - https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
