This forecast will be updated throughout the fiscal year as requirements become known, with updates provided at least quarterly. The information contained herein is provided solely for planning and informational purposes and is intended to facilitate industry awareness of potential acquisition opportunities. This forecast does not constitute a specific offer, solicitation, or commitment by NSWC PHD to fund any requirement referenced, in whole or in part. All acquisitions remain subject to applicable statutory, regulatory, and funding considerations. This forecast includes anticipated contract actions that may exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) of $350,000 in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 procedures. The forecast is not all-inclusive but reflects the best information available at the time of publication.
