All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Nairi Freeman, [email protected] Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000.JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT TITLE: OAKLAND INNER AND OUTER HARBOR FY26 MAINTENANCE DREDGING PROJECT LOCATION: OAKLAND, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA. TThe work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Oakland Inner and Outer harbor channel to -50-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at Montezuma Wetlands. This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 28 APRIL 2026 for viewing/downloading. ALL Proposals will be due on/about 28 MAY 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.
