Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is to provide group health insurance services to employees of the Government of the United States of America in Manila, Philippines. The estimated numbers of employees and eligible dependents are included in the solicitation. This is a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, and one six-month option, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type of contract under which will be issued firm fixed price task orders, for one year with four one-year options, and six-month option, if exercised by the Government. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about March 2026. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation.
