This announcement is issued solely for information, planning, and market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and FAR Part 8. 1.2. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP).
