In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: Datawell Buoy Services Renewal – Qty 1 Job To the University of California San Diego, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Coastal Data Information Division (CDIP, La Jolla, CA 92092-0214 as the only vendor that can provide a continuous measurement of previous and current ocean conditions on the Sea Range, required to accurately portray conditions to the live-fire test programs. This is an existing/continuing service renewal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
