GENERAL INFORMATION & PURPOSE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District (POJ), is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities, market availability, and potential equivalent products regarding interior finishes specified for the upcoming construction project: P530 Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Facility at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The Government intends to include brand-name-or-equal product descriptions for certain interior finishes within the planned solicitation (W912HV27BA005). Any required Brand Name Justification will be posted with the solicitation in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviation FAR 6.301 (Availability of the Justification).
