This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 36C26127Q0082, Project No. 640A0-27-104, Replace Roof at Building 347 – Menlo Park at Palo Alto VA Medical Center – Menlo Park is issued as a request for quotation. This acquisition is a total SDVOSB set-aside. The closing date of this solicitation is November 19, 2026, 2:00 P.M. PDT. This is a fire-fixed-price construction requirement. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after NTP. The place of performance is Palo Alto VA Medical Center – Menlo Park, 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025-2539. All requests for information (RFI) regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing and receive no later than November 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT. All RFIs must be submitted via email to Daniel Jhun at [email protected]. Offerors are encouraged to submit RFIs as early as possible to allow sufficient time for Government review and response.
