U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: MISSISSIPPI City: FOREST Delineated Area: W: BLOSSOM HILL RD N: HWY 80 E: HWY 35 S: I-20 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,600 Space Type: OFFICE AND RELATED Parking Spaces (Total): 41 Parking Spaces (Surface): 41 Full Term: 10 YEARS Firm Term: 5 YEARS Option Term: 5 YEARS Additional Requirements: *COLUMN SPACING: 20 FT FROM INTERIOR / NO MORE THAN 2 FT SQUARE *AGENCY PREFERS GROUND FLOOR BUT CAN BE ON HIGHER FLOOR IF THERE IS ACCESS TO A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) ADA ELEVATORS *THE SPACE WILL BE OCCUPIED BY A CUSTOMER FACING AGENCY. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
