This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311812 with an employee size maximum of 1000. See the attached Statement of Work for specifications. The period of performance is November 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Deliveries Need to begin on November 1, 2026.
