IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 19.110, THIS PROJECT REQUIRES THE HUBZONE 10% PRICE EVALUATION. THE JOHN DAY DAM ON THE COLUMBIA RIVER BETWEEN SHERMAN COUNTY, OREGON, AND KLICKITAT COUNTY, WASHINGTON. THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $500,000.00 AND $1,000,000.00. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS ACTION IS 237990; OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45M.
