This solicitation seeks proposals for printing services for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi and its agencies under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period November 2026 through December 2030. The Contractor must have extensive experience providing printing services and be capable of delivering high-quality work in accordance with the technical requirements outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) package. The Contractor shall submit a quotation inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and any other anticipated charges. The quotation must address all elements of this Statement of Work (SOW) and demonstrate the Contractor's ability to provide qualified personnel, necessary equipment, and sufficient financial resources to perform the required work. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than October 29, 2026, at 17:00 local time. Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted in English; incomplete proposals will not be considered. Any questions regarding this RFQ please submit [email protected] on or before October 12, 2026 at 17:00 local time. Questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered. Answers from the Embassy will be issued no later than October 15, 2026 local time.
