NAICS: 541310 Architectural Services (Sector: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services). PSC: C1DA Architect and Engineering Construction: Hospitals and Infirmaries. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), HSA 1.3 Contracting, 200 Veterans Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, is soliciting Architect/Engineer (A/E) Services to provide Schematic Design, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), Design Development, Construction and Bid Documents, Specifications, Construction Cost Estimates, and construction period services for the Renovate Specialty Clinics on 2nd Floor project at the Beckley VAMC, 200 Veterans Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. Set Aside This acquisition is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
