Requirement Synopsis: The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to procure Information Management and Information Access Support Services. The Government anticipates awarding a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity IDIQ Firm-Fixed Price contract with a 5-year base ordering period with a 5-year option ordering period. The Information Management and Information Access Support Services requirement will be solicited on a competitive Full and Open basis. The anticipated effective date of the award is January 17, 2027. The Government requires Information Management and Information Access Support Services to execute lawfully and federally mandated regulatory programs regarding information access, use, storage, retention, and transparency within the Department of War (DoW), externally to Execu tive Branch Agencies and Departments, and the general public. These programs require management and improvement of insulated and integrated Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) business processes.
