THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: Title: Service and Software Updates to Security Access Control and Camera Systems NAICS Code: 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) Locations: varies across Idaho/ Eastern Oregon VA, see below Tasks: Overview: the Contractor shall monitor the CBOCs in Caldwell, Twin Falls, Mountain Home, and Boise VAMC Logistics Warehouse internal or external doors and motion alarms. This requirement include alarm monitoring and possible service calls to all locations, including the Boise VA Medical Center (see below). The contract will also include security cameras, PIV card readers, and software updates from the Contractor. Software updates improve performance, add features, and patch vulnerabilities, keeping systems secure and compliant.
