THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, OR INVITATION FOR BIDS. THIS NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The 482d Contracting Flight, Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), Florida, is conducting market research to identify interested and capable firms, including all applicable socio-economic business concerns, for a potential design-build construction requirement for the renovation of Building 164, Outdoor Recreation Center, at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida.
