1. Introduction This is a Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest, and technical capability of qualified businesses—including Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)—to provide turnkey Dining Facility (DFAC) Food Services at the Santa Fe Training Complex. DISCLAIMER: This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or an obligation or commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting responses to this notice.
