U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Springerville Delineated Area: City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,579 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,708 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF) 3,095 Space Type: Office Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Non-Reserved Parking Spacing (Total): 8 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Termination Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: Fenced in parking to accommodate the following: 4 government vehicles, an ATV trailer for 2 ATVs, a snowmobile trailer for 2 snowmobiles. Access for vehicles to back in. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year)/.2-percent annual chance (formally 500-years flood plain.
