Authority: Title 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR) Sharing Authority, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Place of Performance: Ultrasound technologist services must be provided on site, at the Orlando VA Medical Center located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 and the Lake Baldwin Outpatient Clinic located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 02/01/2027 through 01/31/2032 consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year option period. Description of Services: Orlando VAHCS requires in-room intraoperative, ultrasound guidance services and/or turnkey ultrasound equipment support for urologic procedures performed in the operating room. Procedures include trans perineal prostate biopsies, template/saturation biopsies, MRI-fusion biopsies, fiducial marker placement and hydrogel spacer injection, prostate brachytherapy implantation support, partial nephrectomy intraopera
