Agency U.S. Department of the Treasury Departmental Offices & Enterprise Procurement Branch Treasury Common Services Center Acquisition Services Action Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract Description The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices & Enterprise Procurement Branch, Treasury Common Services Center - Acquisition Services, intends to award a sole source contract to Thundercat Technologies for a subscription to a commercial-off-the-shelf specialized threat intelligence tool to support the defense and operational resilience of the Nation's critical financial infrastructure for the Treasury’s Office of The Office of Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Protection (OCCIP). This requirement is for timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence from primary-source, open-source, deep-web, dark-web, illicit-marketplace, messaging, and geospatial sources. The solution must support financial fraud detection and loss tracking, cyber threat actor tracking, vulnerability exploitation contextualization, cyber and physical incident monitoring, geospatial situational awareness, investigations, alerting, and informed decision-making through Flashpoint Ignite.
